Xtreme Me is a new concept in health and fitness that caters to every person's individual training needs and allows them to become the most xtreme versions of themselves.

We offer training to all xtreme & combative sports athletes as well as everyone who wants to train like them. Current sports related group classes are Parkour, MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai and Grappling. To accomidate everyone from a person who is looking to loose a few pounds all the way to pro level athletes, classes are offered in 3 series. 101 is for cardio and toning, 201 is skills and drills and 301 is competition and sparring. This means that classes and training are such that anyone can participate and train like an xtreme sports athlete. Both individual and group training is available.
