Xtreme Me offers a different kind of high energy, calorie burning work out, our high-energy workout regimens, Xtreme Me has you training like an xtreme sports athlete. Our classes are an hour-long workout that incorporates multiple 3-minute rounds (between you and your heavy bag) mirroring actual boxing and kickboxing matches. This allows you to learn boxing and kickboxing techniques while toning muscles, increasing strength, improving cardio endurance and of course burning off mega calories, all while participating in a very upbeat and energized activity. Instructors are “world-class” athletes who have undergone rigorous training to help truly challenge you to train like an xtreme sports athlete.
